Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. 

Coming Soon - You will be able to book from our website and use your Credit/Debit card as a form of payment.

Is the security deposit refundable?

No, the 30% security deposit is non-refundable. This helps us confirm and hold your order. 

Wedding Table Setting

Do I have to pay for delivery?

Yes, delivery is calculated based on the mileage from our location. Contact us today to get a quote.

Can I pickup?

No, we are not doing pickups at this time.

Tent in Lights

Do you rent by the day or hour?

Our rental fees are by the day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be done a week prior to your delivery date. Any cancellations within 7 days from your delivery date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Waiting Policy

If wait times are longer than 15 minutes during dropoff and/or pickup, an additional fee of $30 will be charged for every 10 minutes. 

Changes to the current contract

If you would like to make changes to your current contract, we require a 3-day notice period prior to the day of your event so that we can serve all customers appropriately.
